Booking & Spa Etiquette Policies

At Harbor & Co Esthetics in Woodbury, NY, I strive to create a serene and personalized skincare experience for each client. To maintain this standard, please review and adhere to the following policies:

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 3 days in advance to avoid any charges.​

  • Late Changes: Cancellations or rescheduling made 2 days or less before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.​

  • No-Shows: Failing to attend your appointment without prior notice will also result in a 50% charge. a no-show will results in termination as a client.​

 

Refunds & Product Returns

  • Service Refunds: I do not offer refunds on any treatments under any circumstances.​

  • Product Returns: If there are issues with products purchased, a credit will be applied to your account. Returns must be made within one week of purchase.​

Children Policy

  • To ensure a relaxing environment for all clients, children are not permitted during appointments. If you arrive with a child, you will be asked to reschedule, and a 50% charge of the scheduled service will apply.​

Spa Etiquette

  • Respectful Conduct: I treat all my clients with respect and expect the same in return. Any form of disrespect or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services and client relationship.
