What to Expect at Your Facial Appointment

From the moment you step into Harbor & Co, my goal is to make you feel completely at ease. Whether you’re here for lymphatic drainage, a buccal massage, or just to deeply relax, I’ve created a space where you can truly unwind.

When you arrive, you’ll walk into a cozy, softly lit space with a comfy couch and a place to set your things. I’ll greet you and we’ll chat about your skin, your lifestyle, and what’s been going on lately so I can customize every part of your facial to support both your skin and your nervous system.

You’ll be tucked into a heated bed with leg support for your back, and I’ll play a mix of ocean waves, soft guitar, and piano to help you settle in. Every detail—from the scents to the lighting—is meant to ground you.

During the facial, expect around 30–45 minutes of massage (yes, really), plus targeted treatments like nano infusion or cryopeptide masks, all designed to bring out your skin’s natural glow. You’ll leave with your skin looking refreshed—not red—and you’ll feel like you just hit reset.

When we’re done, there’s no rush. I’ll walk you through next steps for your skincare, answer questions, and help you build a realistic home routine if you’re ready.
