Meet Your Leader
My jaw pain has ruined so many days for me.
I've searched endlessly for solutions—from seeing specialists starting at $400 to contemplating Botox (I'm so glad I never did it), chiropractors, dentists, and everything in between.
Nothing worked, but the pain was always there, and it just kept getting worse. The second you feel a flare-up, you know the headache is next... and there goes your day.
After trying so many options, I knew I needed something that would just relieve the cheek muscle.
As a facialist, I got into buccal massage knowing how bad TMJ pain is, yet how healing massage therapy can be.
I started doing buccal massage on myself before bed or before work, and magically, 10 minutes with my hand in my mouth got me through the day with no pain. I noticed it wasn't just one pain-free day—I could get through a whole week without my face hurting. The second I felt a flare-up, I knew to massage myself. I don't even bother jumping on the next trend or endlessly searching for another tool or specialist because I know this works.
After working on hundreds of women, the testimonials started coming in after their appointments:
"My face feels so much better."
"I didn't know how badly I needed that."
"I'm not clenching as much."
"I sleep better."
"My face just doesn't hurt anymore."
But I still had a few women coming in saying the pain was so bad that once the flare-up started, it didn't go away until after their appointment. The reality is, not everyone can get in right away or as often as they'd like between work, kids, sports schedules, vacations, or because they don't have a buccal massage specialist near them.
I knew from my own experience of massaging myself 1–2 times a week that we can't stop every flare-up, but we can reduce how often they come and not be stuck living with the pain until our next buccal appointment.
The point is, buccal massage has been the solution to getting rid of jaw pain for hundreds of women, including me. But you need it more than once a month.
So I created Clenching to Relief to allow women to give themselves relief anywhere, at any time.
Inside, I give away the four moves I use on myself and my clients so they're easy to remember—no overwhelming tutorial to learn.
The result? You forget what it's like to have jaw pain. You go back to living life without your face hurting. For some of us, I don't think we even remember what that feels like anymore, but I can tell you it's possible.
Your jaw is next.
